When looking to lease or rent Toronto office space specifically in the downtown concentration, proximity to subways is an added bonus. As is the fact that many of the main developers that are know in the Toronto office space rental sector (for example: Dundee Realty, Oxford Properties, Brookfield Properties, Cadillac Fairview, Bentall Kennedy, GWL Realty Advisors, Manulife Real Estate, H&R REIT, Triovest Realty Advisors, Morguard, Allied Properties REIT, Menkes Developments, Northam Realty Advisors, Crown Property Management, Orlando Corporation, GE Capital Real Estate, Amexon
